MODALITIES OF BOOKING ACCOMMODATION
before the 05th of June 2017 to guarantee availability
Booking your accommodation will be via the website of the hotel after you registered here and got a registration e-mail containing necessary information for your accommodation
Be careful to make only one reservation per apartment or room.
The steps to make a reservation are:
(1) On hotel's website, in the Reservation tab, select hotel or apartment
(2) select your arrival date and number of nights
(3) enter the 'PROMO CODE’ specified at the end of confirmation e-mail for your seminar registration
(4) click on the Check Availability button
(5) continue to follow the instructions until the button "Confirm reservation"
(6) For guests on half board, please indicate your choice of meals (read bellow)
Each person making a booking, must pay an upfront 50% deposit to confirm booking (non-refundable*).
If the payment is done before the 30th of April, 6€ off for each day per room or 3€ per apartment per day.
Example: 44€ for a Double room/person/day instead of 50€
If you pay by credit card the amount will be charged directly by the hotel.
* Except where major force : accident, sickness etc... Hotel terms
Half board
For guests on half board, please indicate your choice of meals: lunch or dinner in field "Other comments and requests". If you want something different depending on the day, please specify, for instance "dinner=13th, 14th, 15th, 18th, 19th of August, lunch="16th and 17th of August"
This cannot be changed during the stay!

The LifeClass Terme Sveti Martin is an excellent 4 * hotel with large rooms of 25 m². At your convenience: two very good restaurants, including a la carte menus at attractive prices.

• Double room, for two people (half-board) 50 €
• Single room, limited availability ! (half-board) 65 €
• Suite for two people (half-board) 77 €
• Suite for only one person (half-board) 92 €
Bungalows (price per appartment and per day, no meal included)
• Small apartement (max. 3 pers.) : € 33
• Big apartement (max 5 pers): € 48
• Breakfast € 9.50
• Dinner € 13.50
• Tourist tax 1 € / pers. / Day
